Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from GadgetPoke, operated by INVEST 1B JOHANSEN.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Customers will receive an order confirmation after placing an order. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed during the purchasing process or on the relevant product page where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, product availability, customs processing, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs are displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Customers will therefore have an opportunity to review the total price of their order before payment.

Multiple Shipments

Products in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. Customers may therefore receive more than one package for a single order.

Tracking

When tracking is available for an order, the customer will receive the relevant tracking information.
