Refund and Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from GadgetPoke, operated by INVEST 1B JOHANSEN.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the conditions described below.

Before returning a product, please contact us at ronnie@gadgetpoke.com with your order number and information about the product you wish to return.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when exercising a voluntary return or right of withdrawal.

Condition of Returned Products

Unless otherwise provided by applicable consumer law, returned products should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.

Customers may inspect a product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at ronnie@gadgetpoke.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will inform you about the status of the refund.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed or shipped.

European Economic Area Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable, consumers within the European Economic Area have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 30 days, subject to applicable exceptions and legal requirements.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit statutory consumer rights.
